Course Description
ACA Advanced will build on the knowledge you gained in the Certificate and Professional Levels. Coupled with the experience you gain in work, you’ll attain a deeper understanding of accountancy and finance within businesses, and become eligible for chartered accountancy status upon qualifying.
Learners are able to:
Demonstrate your quantitative and qualitative skills to make business recommendations in complex scenarios. You’ll apply professional judgement to examine quantitative and qualitative data from many sources, to evaluate different solutions. When you complete this unit, you’ll be able to evaluate the implications of strategic choices and recommend strategies to achieve stakeholder objectives; advise appropriate finance requirements and evaluate financial risks; use ethics to determine safeguards against threat; explain and implement assurance; and interpret and apply corporate reporting.

Must be over 18 years at the time of application and who have previously achieved a level 3 qualification. There are no specific entry requirements for this qualification, but as a learner you will be ideally to be working with an organisation or role where they can demonstrate skills and apply knowledge. Alternatively, you could draw on previous experience within an organisation or use an organisation you are familiar with.

- IELTS minimum 5.0- 6.5 overall with no fail.
- Pass 5 GCSE subjects or equivelant
Who have demonstrated some ability and possess Qualifications at Level 3, for example ‘A’ Levels or vocational awards.
You are advised to have passed the ACA Professional exams before progressing onto Advanced level

Assessment will take place via computer-based exam. This ensures you minimise time away from work and that you undertake work study which is relevant to your own
