Corporate and business law (ENG) (LW) ACCA Applied Skills
This level is suitable if you have relevant work experience in finance, and/or have completed the previous level, ACCA Applied Knowledge. You’ll develop a broad understanding of accounting in business and learn how to understand and interpret financial information.
Learners are able to:
Learn the general legal framework, as well as the specific legal areas that are relevant for business, so help you understand and identify the need to ask for specialist legal advice when necessary.
Must be over 18 years at the time of application. There are no specific entry requirements for this qualification, but as a learner you will be ideally to be working with an organisation or role where they can demonstrate skills and apply knowledge. Alternatively, you could draw on previous experience within an organisation or use an organisation you are familiar with.
The Qualifications have been designed to be accessible without artificial barriers that restrict access and progression:
IELTS minimum 5.0- 6.5 overall with no fail.
Pass 5 GCSE subjects or equivalent
If you have completed the Applied Knowledge level, the final level of AAT or the Foundation Diploma, you will start studying at the Applied Skills Level.

Assessment will take place via a demand computer-based exam (CBE). This ensures you minimise time away from work and that you undertake work study which is relevant to your own
